Ideas for Turkey Leftovers

Got turkey leftovers? Don't toss it! Make lunch for the next few days. Here are some ideas that You and your family will love.

NOODLE SOUPS

Add desired vegetables like celery, carrots, onion, garlic, into a pot. Add cubed or pulled turkey. Sautee until vegetables are tender. Add broth and noodles. Bring to boil and cook until noodles are tender.

TURKEY WRAPS An easy and inexpensive lunch for everyone in the home. Use a whole grain, soft wrap and fill it with your turkey leftovers and stuff it with geen salad, cheese, mayo or ranch, tomato,onions. Make it the night before and refrigerate until you are ready to eat.

TURKEY PIZZA

Buy the Pilsbury® Bran pizza dough and add your own touch. Use pizza sauce or marinara. You can use alfredo sauce as well. Picke your cheese and vegetable toppings. Add cubed or pulled turkey leftovers and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

PULLED TURKEY SANDWICHES

Use barbecue sauce or any marinade sauce of your liking and add it to turkey. You can slice the turkey into strips or pull it off the bone with a fork. Make your favorite biscuits and serve with a soup or a side of vegetables.

TURKEY SALAD

This brings so many possibilities to the table. You can serve this at dinner as well. Use any kind of green salad and add spincah and kale. Toss in a generous amount of cubed or pulled turkey. Add onion, shallot, bacon bits, walnuts, and anything else you can think of. To make it fun for the kids, make a buffet type of an arrangement and let them pick their own ingrediants.
